CM: Manage your well-being with AmanahRaya

KOTA KINABALU: Amanah Raya Berhad has been making efforts to ensure Malaysians are aware of the importance of inheritance, will and trust administration.

Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Haji Aman said the company which is wholly owned by the Malaysian government conducted seminars, talks and courses to heighten awareness among the people, especially those living in Sabah.

He said this in his speech when opening AmanahRaya’s new branch office at KWSP Building here yesterday. Commending AmanahRaya, he also welcomed the company to forge smart partnerships with state departments and agencies in line with the National Blue Ocean Strategy and the state’s Halatuju.

Musa said the state government cared and was constantly making efforts to improve the well-being of the people. And, among the government’s priorities, he said, were providing infrastructural facilities and creating business opportunities.

“As such any suggestion or view from AmanahRaya that can benefit the people in the state will be considered,” he said.

Musa also said he was confident the company has its own strategic plan to ensure this new branch would remain competitive so as to achieve its desired objectives.

Present yesterday were State Secretary Tan Sri Sukarti Wakiman; AmanahRaya chairman, Tan Sri Sabbaruddin Chik; group managing director, Adenan Md Yusof and state Attorney-General Hajah Zaleha Rose Haji Pandin.
