CNY 9-course dinner package at Metropot Bistro & Café

KOTA KINABALU: While the New Year kicked-off with dazzling fireworks and partying on Jan 1, the Chinese festival interestingly is a celebration with a movable date in February.

Ushering the upcoming Chinese New Year (CNY), the newly launched eatery at Metro Town, Metropot Bistro & Café welcomes diners to enjoy their Chinese New Year dishes.

“For this coming CNY, the café offers CNY 9-course dinner package inclusive of Fatt Choi Yee Sang priced at RM788 nett per table, recommended for 8-10 pax,” said the café Club Manger, Raymond Chong who said this at a media luncheon cum food review here, yesterday.

Among dishes featured in the menu are five hot and cold combinations, double boiled cordyceps chicken soups, double chicken flavour, steamed Dragon-Tiger grouper, Metropot spicy lamb flap, braised mushroom with dried oysters, black moss and long cabbage, Chef’s signature fried rice and chilled honey dew sago.

“The CNY dinner package is available for booking now till March 2 and booking in advance required.”

Meanwhile, Metropot Bistro & Café was launched on February 9, 2018. Located strategically at Metro Town, it is an all-dining outlet that served breakfast, lunch and dinner.
