The CBTL launched new Asian-Western Fusion Cuisine

6th April, 2018

By JASON JACK EBIT

KOTA KINABALU: The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (CBTL) has launched their new Asian-Western Fusion Cuisine.

Among the newly introduced dishes were Cheesy Bomb Burger (RM21.90), CBTL Tom Yum mini pizza priced at RM15.80 and large pizza RM26.40.

Joining the menu are cempedak-based desserts such as Hokkaido cake (RM4.90), Butter cake (RM10.05) and Muffin (RM6.80).

“Malaysia is not just a melting pot of cultures and food, it is also a place where tropical fruits can be found, therefore we decided to utilize cempedak in our desserts in a bid to support local produce and farmers,” said CBTL Kota Kinabalu area manager Maseirzan Ganil @Izan.

He added that the cempedak desserts will be available at all The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf outlets, Wisma Merdeka, Gleneagles, Damai and Bintang Megamall.

Meanwhile, the Cheezy Bomb Burger and Tom Yum Pizza will only be available at CBTL Gleneagles and Damai outlets.
