KOTA KINABALU: Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu shared the spirit of Ramadan with orphans in a heartwarming “Majlis Berbuka Puasa Bersama Kanak-Kanak Rumah Anak Yatim Tambunan dan Media” here yesterday.

“The event at the hotel’s Promenade Cafe was attended by members from the media and 24 residents of the Tambunan orphanage.

Aside from a sumptuous open-fast dinner, the children also enjoyed a complementary night stay at the five-star hotel.

The children also each received a jar of cheerful Rainbow Cookies and ‘Duit Raya’ from Promenade, which were presented by Anita Chung, Group Director of Sales & Marketing and Wong.

According to Wong, the hotel’s halal Dynasty Chinese Restaurant is also serving a choice of Sungkai Set Menu at RM68nett per person for a minimum of 5 persons and above or diners can opt to order from the ala carte.
